If you’re traveling to Indonesia to join Adelaar, there’s a new digital entry process you’ll need to complete before you arrive. Introduced in September 2025, the All Indonesia Arrival Card simplifies the formalities at immigration, customs, and health by combining them into one streamlined online form.
Here’s what you need to know — and do — before you land in paradise.
What Is the All Indonesia Arrival Card?
The All Indonesia Arrival Card is a mandatory digital form that consolidates several previous entry requirements into a single online process. It replaces:
- The manual Immigration Arrival Card
- The Electronic Customs Declaration (e-CD)
- The Health Declaration / SATUSEHAT Pass
- Any quarantine forms previously required
It’s free to complete, and it’s mandatory for all international travelers entering Indonesia, including infants
🛂 Important: This card does not replace a visa. You’ll still need a valid visa or Visa on Arrival (VOA), depending on your nationality.
When and Where It’s Required
- From October 1, 2025 — mandatory at all international airports, seaports, and land borders across Indonesia
If you’re flying into Bali to connect with a domestic flight, or arriving directly in Labuan Bajo, this form applies to you.
What You Need to Do — and When
✔ Step 1: Within 3 Days Before Arrival
Visit the official portal: allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id
—or download the All Indonesia mobile app.
🕒 The form must be completed within 72 hours (3 days) of your arrival. Do not fill it out earlier than that — it will not be accepted.
You’ll be asked to:
- Enter your personal and passport details
(Full name, nationality, date of birth, passport number and expiry, contact email)
Tip: Ensure your passport details match exactly. Any typo could delay your entry. - Enter your travel dates and visa information
(Arrival and departure dates, type of visa or e-VOA if applicable)
Tip: This helps immigration confirm your entry status quickly. - Provide transportation and accommodation details
(Your international flight number and place of stay in Indonesia - Complete health and customs declarations
(Recent travel history, any symptoms, and any goods to declare such as dive gear or electronics)
Tip: Declare lithium batteries, dive lights, drones, and other items honestly to avoid issues.
✔ Step 2: After Submitting the Form
Once completed, you’ll receive a QR code by email or via the app.
- Save a screenshot of it
- Have it ready (digitally or printed) to show at immigration and customs when you land
This QR code replaces all the old arrival forms.
⚠ Forgot to Fill It Out?
Yes — you can still complete the form upon arrival at the airport — but expect delays. Some airports offer self-service kiosks, but the experience varies widely. It’s strongly advised to complete the form in advance.
Specific Tips for Adelaar Guests
- ✦ You don’t need to enter a hotel — just use “Adelaar Cruises” and your embarkation port (e.g., Sorong or Serangan Harbour).
- ✦ If you’re carrying dive electronics, lithium batteries, or medical gear, be sure to declare them in the customs section.
- ✦ Screenshot your QR code, as airport Wi-Fi can be unreliable.
- ✦ Make sure your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your arrival date.
